
Dale Kaplan [Kaplan's Careful Cleaners]
Dale Kaplan, former Chair of the Publicity Committee, has picked up 65 new customers for his drycleaning business, Kaplans Careful Cleaners
of Camp Hill, and he gives any Le Tip member a 15% discount. Of course
-- he does most of the cleaning for the other chapter members and
makes it easy for them:
"Many of the people bring their dirty clothes to the meeting
in bags that I supplied to them and we bring them back the following
week. My employee, Paul meets me at the meetings and brings all the
clothes back on a rack. Some of the members have given me the right
to solicit the other employees in their offices -- I've picked up
seven new customers in one attorney's office alone.

Harshbarger [Gunn-Mowery Insurance]
Gary Harshbarger of Gunn-Mowery Insurance reports that he received
one single lead resulting in an immediate sale of $45,000, and he
estimates that referrals over the past twelve years has totaled over
$1,300,000.

Haverstick [Paytime Payroll Services]
Chris Haverstick, Marketing Manager for Paytime Payroll Services,
and Past President for Le Tip of the West Shore, has been a member
for about ten years. He was very skeptical about making a weekly commitment
every Wednesday morning, but he agreed to give it 6 months. He claims
